Why can't I view the Web Design Course?

Make sure you are following the correct steps:
1. Download the files to your hard drive.
2. Unzip the files (Skip if using DVD)
2. Open your internet browser (i.e. Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox)
3. Go to File>Open (or Open File)
4. Click browse, if necessary
5. Navigate to where you saved the web design course files on your hard drive.
6. Choose the video you would like to watch.
7. Open the HTML file.
8. It may take a while for the video to load.
9. Click play.
