If you have high speed internet access, you should have no problem. If you have dial up you it might take a very long time to download this files and it is not recommended.
In order to follow along you need Adobe Dreamweaver and Fireworks.
(The course uses Dreamweaver 8 and Fireworks 8 but is applicable to All Versions with only minor difference. You are learning both the tools as well as the concepts of Web Design.)
